FIXED INSTALLATION SHEATHING (ST1)

The raw material of fixed installation coating granules is used to produce the final polymer layer placed on the outer surface of the cable. This layer, known as ST1 sheath (with a heat resistance of up to 70 degrees Celsius), is recognized in the wire and cable industry and must comply with the IEC 60502 standard. Typically, the ST1 sheath is black and is used for low-pressure cables.
