Shrink film is a special type of nylon used for packaging various products.
The term “shrink” refers to reducing and contracting in English. The reason for this naming is that these plastics have the ability to vacuum-pack goods. These petrochemical products have a low melting point. Therefore, when heated to the shape of the item to be packaged, they change shape. This product shrinks when heated close to its melting point. Heat shrink nylon typically requires heat between 150 to 230 degrees Celsius. In this state, it quickly adheres to the item and vacuum-seals it. Vacuum sealing means maximizing the air extraction between the item and the shrink film. Packaging of products is done with a shrink pack machine. Shrink film products are usually produced in standard widths ranging from 12 to 170 centimeters and thicknesses from 20 to 200 microns.

STRETCH FOOD
Stretch film is a thin plastic product produced with high stretchability and suitable adhesion properties. Its primary function is to protect food items from dust and maintain product integrity during transportation. By vacuum sealing food items, it prevents their rapid deterioration. Despite its low thickness, it exhibits high strength, making it resistant to unintended damages.

Low Melting Point Bag
These bags have a low melting point (70 to 90 degrees Celsius), and high tensile strength and impact resistance are among their main features. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology and the creative efforts of engineers in the research and development department, bags with a low melting point are produced for use in rubber industries.
